Support that starts with your child
Every family brings a different routine, temperament and set of needs. I work with parents seeking support with frequent night waking, short naps, settling difficulties, bedtime worries and changes in routine. New parents can also enquire about support with their baby’s early sleep rhythms.
What happens during a baby sleep consultation?
We talk about your child’s sleep, your daily routine, the sleep environment and what you would like help with. I consider your child’s developmental stage and your parenting preferences. Together, we agree on practical steps that feel manageable for your family.
A personalised plan and two weeks of follow-up
Your package includes a personalised sleep plan, a consultation at my clinic, locally at home, by phone or online, and two weeks of follow-up support. That gives us time to talk through questions and discuss adjustments as you put the plan into practice.
A gentle, responsive approach
Connection and reassurance are central to my approach. My baby sleep support does not involve leaving your baby to cry alone. We discuss what feels right for you rather than asking every family to follow the same routine.
Home visit or online sleep support?
A home visit gives us the opportunity to discuss sleep in your own surroundings. Online consultations offer another way to work together without travelling. Home visits and overnight stays are available from Ballina to the Gold Coast, subject to availability. My base is Ocean Shores, NSW.
Who will support you?
I’m Nurit, a certified sleep consultant and Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, and a background in caring for children and families. I am also a mother of four, including twins.
